James Hochtritt has been a featured reader of his poetry at venues in California and Oklahoma over the years. He holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Oklahoma and is a full-time professor of history at Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He lives and writes in Midwest City.

The Literary Lawyer: A Forum for the Legal and Literary Communities 
Professor Hochtritt is a creep and can not fathom why anyone who is not African-American would take an African-American History course. He is very condescending to white males and consistently marginalizes them with a chuckle and a sneer. In my opinion, he is a fraud who uses his position to belittle anyone who is not a radical proponent of CRT.
